This family doctor after 30 yrs is ready to retire. Over the years he's preformed hundreds of circumcisions. He decided to save all excess skin he cut off and put them in these jars. He took the skins to a tannery to have them make something out of them. A few weeks go by. The tannery calls him to say it's ready. All excited about what they made out of all those skins, he's soon humbled by what they made him. A measily wallet. Disapointed he asks "With all those skins that's it, a wallet?" Tannerer says "Oh no sir. If you rub it it turns into a suitcase."
