Things to spring on other people:

It's a conspiracy... "one thousand" has an "a" in it. No other number from one to nine hundred and ninety nine does.

"forty" is the only number which has it's letters arranged in alphabetical order. "One" is the only number which has it's letters arranged in reverse alphabetical order.

(Aren't you glad you learned that? I think my head hurts???)
