Star, Like you, I also favor replacing our current tax system with a modest national sales tax. From an economic incentives point of view, it is incomparably more efficient than an income tax. Given the weakness and lack of inteligence / foresight of our politicians, however, I am not holding my breath... RB P.S. Someone I know recently summed up Zippergate as follows: "If Clinton were a stock, I would be short." How is that for brevity?
