So we're not talking about someone that is desperate for cash are we?

We're talking about someone with the possible resources to make this happen.

Sure 60 million is probably not a fair market cap, but EBAY at 9 billion is far more overvalued.

I would not buy this stock at the open on monday, but many people will. And those same people will buy EBAY, another stock I would never own but am terrified to short.
