As far as filing your so called form "10" what the heck would they have put on it last year at this time???

Uhhhhhhh duuuuuh, we just bought out a shell company, we have nothing but a dream... ok, that's good.. now here we are months later and guess what.. we are making things happen!!! Sure there is the Belize thing... but for goodness sake, we have come so far in less than a year... We have LARRY ROOF (WORLD RENOWNED) as the president of one of our divisions.
