It looks to me like I agree with wireless here that the 10SB is the appropriate form to be filed. I suppose that you were thinking in terms of 10-KSB or 10-QSB.

I know a while back someone mentioned a 10-QSB filing, but that seems not appropriate absent an audited 10SB or a prior 10-KSB. I am no expert, but perhaps they could file an audited 10-KSB for 1998 and then the Q1 and Q2 by August, but that would reveal the transactions with RMC and then the subsequent removal of RMC. Something tells me they don't want to air those details. So a consolidated, show no ballooning of the O/S or float seems like what they would want to try and slide on by with.
