Actually the stock didn't react at all but I suspect that the company
isn't being largely followed yet. If you do a search on PWEB through
all of the postings you'll come up practically nill... and most days
are like today where only 7,400 shrs have even been traded all day.

From what I've been told the PR company is holding off until there
are some concrete numbers to throw at investors instead of just the
projections that were in the previous investor packet. That sounds
like a good plan to me... in a couple of weeks they will have been
public for only one quarter, and they are still making the transition
from a developmental to an operating company.

I'm supposed to be getting a login id soon from the company so I can
take a look at their product... as a software developer I'll let you
all know what I think when I've had a chance to review it. From what
I can see from the literature it looks good on the surface... I've
also been able to find two other companies out there using Visual
Webtools to provide sites for people, so PWEB has been able to license
their stuff for use by other ISP/web hosting companies.

At the moment the only thing justifying the stock price is the future
potential... but I think there is a lot of that, especially with a
$49 commercial web site offering! I'm sure that will get them the
volume they need to post some really excellent earnings. I'm pleased
to see them take the low-ball approach on the pricing... this is the
way that you become the industry standard, and developing a large
loyal customer base is a very nice protection against competition...
as well as making them very attractive for a potential buyout someday
by a big name if PWEB decided to take that approach.
