Sounds like the problem the other person was having.

See if you can check with people who tried to make a mini trade around the same times but with other firms. If they had no problem then it may be the run around that you are getting.

Of course, the easiest thing to do is just change to another house, perhaps you can run out of two firms at the same time for a test period.
