Howard it looks like the apparent failure to file for the thrift as some zealots wanted to believe along with the discovery of an apparent Form D has the longs off their feed. Even the light banter looks a trifle forced. What other surprises do you think John Schmitz has in store for the faithful. Financials are a coming, or at least so they say absent yet another excuse. With Reg D disclosure sticking out like a sore thumb the report is sure to be entertaining.
