PC... Your Correct here. Good Work. "The distinction here is the fact that a criminal investigation is conducted as a consequence of a criminal act, while a background check is conducted in the absence of any known criminal acts." It could not have been said any better. Clearly there are those that will assume that wrong doing must occur for the checks and balances of our financial institutions to get involved. I have not heard of any wrongdoing by any member of PABN and I will leave it up to the PROPER authorities to inform me after such an investigation. Everything else is heresay... "Credibility...blah blah blah..."
