I'm fine with that. I don't drive that much and the higher cost is paid by those who spew out the most pollution into the air. CA seems determined to turn the State into densely populate places like Manhattan and Brooklyn where they need the taxes to pay the promised pensions to government workers... so to cram us all in like sardines, they sell our quality of life away. About the only good they do is require less auto emissions for those commuting and stuck in traffic they created by allowing over building.
