Having studied as much about Belize as I have until recently, I missed this. Was this a recent story there? You rarely accuse people of just out right being a crook, so I know that you must have a good source. How about letting us in on where this comes from. If true though, interesting that PABN/PRWT chose to cozy up to such a person.
