In a market that is moving quickly you can get kilt with a market order, but if the market is moving against you then that's the answer as a rule.

It's hard to get between the spread because it changes rapidly. Just watch the QCharts that I posted prior.

As a rule, Limit or MIT (Market if Touched) orders are probably better. It's just a question of how bad you want to get in or out.

As for what I do personally, I mix it up. Depends on the situation at the time.
