Barry your right , the amout of lowered earnings ratings, don't
capture as much attention, ( but they should) as you know they do
it that way to cover their butts, and can point back at it and say
well see I down graded my estimate, while at the same time not
getting the heat by actually saying hold ( which means sell in their
circles ) or sell which means short that one..
it's still 16 down grades to 3 upgrades and I question the scrubbles,
of the up graders, and I think I know two of them, and they both have
holdings..next step ..is to track them and see how many they dump,
in the next few weeks, then call them with my tape recorder running,
and ask them why they sold after recomending, and see what kind of
answer I get..but I'll have my ducks in a row if I go to that
troble..I wont ask them that loaded quetion just for fun, I'll
be looking at the answer in front of me. yep I'll bait em and
sand bag em, with glee if I sneak around and find them selling after
a recomendation. But will I have the time that's the rub..and what
will be my payoff..( like who will pay me for some hard dirt on
one of these brokers ? ) hint hint
