This certainly clarifies his position with PABN. In fact since he is the listed President of Healthwyz, it confirms that Healthwyz is not a PABN entity, but has some other relationship entirely. So what ever profit there is to be realized by DigiBill we will have to see the financials to discover if PABN shareholders will even see a dime.
