gem man, I also smell something in the air...Merger ..JV... sale .. .something is up....At this point should I say that I'm almost grateful that Joel and the rest of the VTPI group have kept tight lips..Nah... at least not until something really positive comes out....Just a sneaking suspicion but all indications have me on a a buy.
