With the incorrect number of shares Issued and Authorized? I've looked at most of the pages. Given PatP's statement that it looks right, my guess is someone ordered a real one from disclosure (see disclosure.com for more info), and had some fun with it. I've helped my clients prepare such documents. The one on the geocities site has too many inaccuracies and blanks to be the actual one filed by the company, let alone something given to people who would then actually give up their hard earned money. They even got the name of the company wrong! And you fell for it. That's what you get for using the internet unsupervised! And you don't even have your homework assignment done yet! Tsk, Tsk. PCM GO PABN!!!
