" I've seen enough to tell me it is not legitimate as presented on that site--They could have started with PABN's form D and PPM, but then got out their bottles of white out, scissors and rolls of scotch tape and presto they created a monster based on the frankenstien model. The name of the company is wrong, The number of Authorized shares is wrong, the business description is wrong, there are a lot of blanks that would have to be filled in for the Form D to be accepted...Looks to me like someone did a cut and paste job to create something designed to mislead, distract and misinform. Gosh, where have I run across that before? Let me think.... PCM GO PABN!!!
