Well the RMC deal wasn't on the rocks until April 1. (Remember the April Fool Message that John snuck on the web site?) It would appear to me that the March 29th stamp is from a Corporation. The best I can make out that stamp it seems to say PWMARK CORPORATION. I wonder if this isn't an outside service. In any event it doesn't look like the SEC itself. At this point, I will have to say that it is a true copy, unless someone with a true copy can post what they have. Ideally the company itself could resolve any possibility of a misunderstanding by posting what they sent to the SEC. There is no dispute that such a filing was made at this point. If this is a forgery, then let's see what the company has sent. We both agree that what was sent is inconsistent with what the company has been publicly representing, so let's set the record straight wherever it may lead.
