in reference to the fraud on ebay....... i buy/sell sports collectibles on ebay...... i encourage people when buying to use their credit card over checks everytime if they have concerns...... i even do myself on anything i buy on the internet.... same with my personal business........i in fact do not want personal checks.........if i have any troubles i let american express do all the leg work........ ebay works on a rating system of service that each one gets from a compliment from the other.....these are solicited rankings... that is something they will have to work on......now ebay will have to correct their in house problems because they now have the shareholders to think about.......i think that millionaire.com knowing the type of commodities involved will have a much different type of system in place........but is that really of any concern at this stage.....
