JER Envirotech Signs U.S. Distribution Partnership With Jamplast Inc.
Vancouver, B.C. ˆ May 26, 2008 - JER Envirotech International Corp. (TSX Venture: JER; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: KFTB) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Jamplast Inc. ("Jamplast"), a leading North American plastic raw material distributor of biopolymers, engineering polymers and commodity-grade thermoplastics headquartered in Ellisville, Missouri.
Established in 1994, Jamplast is a one-stop source for prime, custom compounded, wide-spec, regrind, and reprocessed materials and supplies more than 30 million pounds of raw thermoplastic material annually to customers worldwide. Under this agreement, Jamplast has formed a new "Green Alliance" with JER to jointly market JERtech(r) thermoplastic biocomposite compounds to injection moulders throughout the United States. The distribution agreement is for an initial period of one year and provides Jamplast with preferential pricing upon meeting certain performance objectives. There is also provision to renew the agreement on an annual basis.
