Love the part about "innuendoes." Me, I love the misspelling of "tortious", the allegation that I and my "co-conspirators" engaged in "illegally shorting non-securities", and the suggestion that being "annoying" is actionable. Gotta be a dimwit if you think that thing was drawn up by a lawyer. For those of you who haven't been following the AZNT soap opera, the company's been "preparing" this seminal lawsuit since last October. So although they have yet to get round to filing their exceedingly delinquent 1998 10K, they have time to send in a silly 8K. Wonder how the SEC feels about being used as a free PR service?
