Financials at that time for what?? . . .Good god, man, what the hell would they be able to provide? Scottoo, you are the one that really needs to do homework here. There are so many things that you can learn from a Form 10, that you can get a real good idea of the business of a company and its capital structure and who owns it. Maybe you don't want to know these things, but then maybe some people don't like to invest blind. Maybe they like to invest based on verifiable information. The SEC seems to agree that investors should have access to this information.
