Hi Howard, I don't know of anyone who is happy with the fact that the company has not published audited financials. That is something that the moronic bashers can't comprehend.
The only real difference that I can see is that some of us have enough experience in the real world to know what is reasonable when it comes to the time it takes to perform a task, and a few of us understand what is involved when major plans come apart (ala RMC) and in some respects you have to start all over again.
However, that aside, I find your statements about financials a bit odd. There is no need for you to be in the dark at all. I understand it, as a shareholder, under Delaware law, you are entitled to view the books.
If it is that important to you, to know right now and without delay, I suggest you exercise your right in that regard and not complain about it here to us -- we who cannot go look at them for you.
The same goes for anyone bringing the subject up here, the regular crew of bashers (who I now suspect are trading the stock given their evasive non-answers recently), also even the silly interlopers who show up once or twice a month, and really don't care one bit about you, me, PABN or anything else of interest to any of us.
The thing that irks me is that people bring up things that are of no interest or importance to them. They bring them up just to see who they can bait or goad into some kind of debate, contest or word game. (CollenB has some prime examples of this yesterday and today). I've proven rather conclusively that jhild and colleen bring up things they don't care about and have no interest in -- if it were not so, we'd have had some really fine homework assignments to discuss. The same goes for ww and others who poke their noses in here infrequently.
I'm sure that is not true of you. I'm confident that you simply did not know your rights. Hopefully you'll exercise your rights and let everyone know what you find out. Also I hope you (and everyone reading this) will become aware that you have rights you may not know about and that you should find out what they are and start exercising them (a fact the bashers would never bring to your attention...).
