first you have to get the address bar in your browser to show the address id .. the full id.

You can get there by clicking on the the rsponse number .. as in "reply # _______ of 123456"

Depending on which version you are using you might also have to press enter to make sure that you are there.

Once you are there you have the full message id in the address bar.

then you just type in the reply (message id) number in the post you are putting together.

You have to prefix the number with "# reply-" (note .. in order to post this I had to put in a space between the # and the word reply)

So then .. when it is done it looks just like this :

#reply-11728788
you just type it in ..

(like the color change trip<G>)
