VCOM SystemSuite 5

Excellent Product.

I've been using Norton products ever since Central Point sold PCTools which I used from the XT days, and have used SystemSuite for ~2.5 years starting with version 4.0 from OnTrack.

I currently run both SS5 and SW 2003 on XP, get utility from both, and will continue to use both.

If I could only have one I'd take VCOM's SS5. It has more utilities so is more robust and more geared to the power user than SystemsWorks - comparable to the older Norton Utilities but with bundled AV, and Firewall - but perfectly usable by any user provided they exercise the requisite caution, properly familiarize themselves with the various utilities, and set the settings appropriately. Same caveat of course applies to SystemWorks.

Best,

- Eric -
