Financials will be made public on or about June 30. If they are not out yet at the time of the open house on June 29th I expect John will be able to speak directly to the situation. Said financials will be preliminary (audited, but presented by management and so not certified), they will include the first quarter (and maybe more What might their excuse be come the next meeting? I expect John will be able to speak directly to the situation. hmmmmmm.... he seems awfully quiet to me. Didn't even bother to attend the MTM today. The private placement is a private document. Never intended for public consumption, analysis, etc. It was inappropriate for whoever posted it to make it public I disagree. This company has yet to reveal anything of it's financial standings. And after a year of broken promises, I found it enlightening and shocking to see some of the things/claims the company dared put in print and send off to the SEC.
