For information purposes:

Medical Resorts has raised $ 1,500,000 as of February 17, 1997.

This financing was completed at $ 0.57 with an additional warrant at
$ 1.00.

In addition, Dr. Michel Dallaire has joined the Company as Director.
He will be responsible for the recruitment of medical personnel and the evaluation of the medical operations.
