Trac Industries Inc. (TRAC - Canadian Dealing Network) Trac Industries has just completed the acquisition of HEALTHSHIELD Ltd. in Europe. Healthshield provides health care to individuals who require medical or surgical assistance while traveling. Healthshield has acces to 4,500 medical experts in over 120 independent hospitals. Trac has also acquired ONTARIO HEALTH INDUSTRIES and operates a small hospital in the Caribean for tourists and a medical centre for tourists in Western Canada. Right now the company trades at about 7 cents per share, it is suppose to change it's name to Medical Resorts International Inc (MDRE) in Jan. 97. Dose anyone have any info on this company or any thoughts ? The company stated projected Revenue for Dec. 31, 1996 to be $992,400, operating cost $706,000, and a profit of $132,100. The company stated "The comany anticipates excellent financial performance for the second half of its fiscal year ending June 30 1997".
