IS, I'm glad you found this connection between USIS and UAI. It appears that there are common principals running the two. So it would not be surprising if they are run in a fashion that does not benefit the common shareholders of both. In this regard, UAI's planned sale of its UFHC subisidiary to USIS was mentioned suspiciously in the "Heard on the Street" column of the WSJ. UAI's stock has been halted by the AMEX, while the AMEX reviews whether to continue listing the stock.
