Philip and Jennifer,

I was talking with my friend who is experienced Gupta developer today and we think the critical issue for gupta to grow is their products recorgnation by the public and diversifacation of their products. It is hard to imagine that Gupta can grow he size of Micosoft or Orical just by selling their current products but if more visibility obtained, the current price could be doubled. It was up 1/8 on a down market. Must be something good happening. Phil, the semi's slow down still have a way to go. According to what I've heard, the turn aroud for semi and semi equipment maybe in the middle or late of 1997. So, maybe just as you said that buy them when they begin lose money and with a high pe. Well, it might just happen.

Jim
