Phil -- My ex-broker at Advest called me about 3 weeks ago and said that he follows small banks and believes that LSBX is going to be taken over in the near future. He thought it would move up to about $12.00 or so. I called my new broker at Dean Witter; but he could not find any information about the bank. He said it was small and didn't know who covered it. I was following it for a week or so and then forgot about it until I saw the posting. Good luck. -- Dick
