I just discovered an undervalued, fast growing bank stock...
Last week it had a PE of 6 (banking avg is 12)
Growth is near double this year, and earnings a 99 rank on IBD
with Relative Strength 88....
Small float.... and continued earnings growth projected for 1997....

I'd like to learn more... have taken a small position, and can't see where it can falter (other than delay for a while because so small it is not noticed)....
Closed today at 8 dollars a share.... PE 7

Any thoughts? Is it a good buy?
