Here is the latest on DKT: newswire.ca

My read is that the company wrote off gold reserves that are not economic at less than $330 per ounce. Remains to be seen whether this will help or hinder the prospects for a merger or financial restructuring. At least the cards are on the table, and a smart buyer/lender would have already reached the same conclusions.
