Introduction Market Data Compact

This is a new thread for those of you who own USMX and are about to be converted to Dakota. I am brand new in DKT so any help is appreciated.
We are apparently getting 1 share of Dakota for each 1.1 share of USMX. I will post info on Dakota as I do my DD.
