H-Quotient Announces New Products and Sales

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2004--H-Quotient, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board:HQNTE - News), announced new products and sales emanating from its recent acquisition of Stewart and Shaw and its medical products subsidiary. New products are scheduled for release in the 3rd and 4th Quarters to fulfill orders and anticipated orders.

3rd Quarter scheduled releases-
Medical instrument disinfectant wipes (orders in hand)
Telephone, Computer and Office disinfectant wipes (orders in
hand)
Telephone and Keyboard disinfectant wipes (orders in hand)
4th Quarter scheduled releases-
Povidone iodine prep pads (market under development)
Benzalkonium Chloride (BZK) prep pads (market under
development)
