I see a buying opportunity coming up between now and the pending registration, which should have a financial statement in it instead of the pro forma they released today. The registration will give us what we really want. [Ray, you listening?] One can only wonder just how long this buying opp is going to last....... Do you think it's possible that they filed the registration and didn't tell us, much like what they did with the Form D/PPM in March?
