I doubt that little disclaimer at the end of the post PCM is spouting with incorrect numbers will save him from the SEC for misrepresentation. They really do frown on misinformation being promoted from what I understand. And if/when they look at PABN/PRWT, well, you can bet they'll check out PCM, too. They love to examine the touts of a thread and ask them all sorts of questions.
I'm curious as to how he's going to worm out of the fact that he is purposely promoting erroneous information, being that he has publicly admitted that he has his own copy of the Form D/PPM that PABN/PRWT submitted to the SEC on March 23rd. An official document which declares that the number of outstanding shares is 880 Million and the number of authorized shares is 1.75 Billion.
