But if you think there is a real estate bubble.... Do you have $1.8M for a barn? (basically a small, mostly empty lot near me) zillow.com They don't show the barn... they show an artist's rendition of a house that you COULD build there! Probably not much room for Bob's big garden if you put a 4,000 sq ft house there (3 story with one story under ground is what they don't tell you is needed to be to code)
