Reason: The merger was not voted on by shareholders yet. Possibility of rejection. Also takes another 30-60 days before anything happens. I think it will settle back in that time period. I will be buying hopefully in 40-50 or so days. Maybe even sooner. I think USD II will be a success. I'm probably going to see it with my friends.
