Leroy: Your figures are consistent, but I cannot integrate all the new disparities. The last we heard from Investor Relations is that there were around 109,000,000 shares of MVEE outstanding. The company was reportedly financing itself from pre-sales. How we got to 250 million shares, if that is true, is disconcerting. Among the issues of concern is that in the financial statements posted for EINI for the fiscal years 1997 and 1998, the company had several million dollars in liabilities above their assets. The auditor questioned whether the company could continue in operation. On the other hand, MVEE appeared to be a company with favorable prospects and income. So, it is a serious question how an EINI/MVEE merger would be constructed on a 50/50 basis.
