As I said, I know very little about LEH and it may be a great investment (sounds like it is).

The boilerroom guys called me when the stock was 34.75 and told me that a buyout of LEH was going to happen within the next 3 or 4 weeks....this was 3 months ago. They had information which, of course they could not divulge their source, that this was "in the bank".

Anytime someone has "inside info" and is trying to sell me something, I tend to shy away. Unfortunately, Lehman can't control the slimeballs who tout their company's stock. Again, I think this company may be great but any interest I might have had in it was squashed by the interest Gaines Berland had in selling it to me.
