Heh... I got a check for $100 last March and in about a week I'll get another one for about $90. I've sold a few more than the previous quarter but I lowered my prices to $5.99 of which I get 1/2. I'm making money, probably as much as anyone on MP3.COM that's just an artist... I'm not disappointed like a huge proportion of MP3.COM artists (check out the bulletin board there), I'm actually thrilled. I've been promoting my music on the Internet since 1986, so I've already got quite a little fan base. I was getting downloads of my music and scores by the hundreds a week back when the web first started. Now I'm getting hundreds a day at MP3.COM...

And I still haven't decided how much I'd put into the IPO if given the chance.

I see the IPO as being a lot like EarthWeb. It'll probably come out strong and then a month later be around 2 or 3 times initial IPO price and then it'll be a likely buyout target...
