I agree that these beliefs are key. In "Trading in the Zone", Mark Douglas gives you ways to alter these systems. I have not had the book long enough to say it works for trading, but I do know for a fact that this type of approach works tremendously in regards to other aspects of life. I have had success in changing my deep rooted beliefs in many other aspects of life, but I had not found anyone who understood this human psychological approach quite like Mr. Douglas and most important, had applied it to trading.

I'd like to know too, if there is anyone out there that has had the book long enough (only been out a brief time) to have an effect, or has worked with Mr. Douglas?

Otherwise, I'll keep you posted and hope others do as well (for we all learn by sharing) the results I get by applying these principles to my trading.

Let's go after those negative belief systems together!
