Stephen, I used to think you had a brain. You have just proven otherwise.

Your first assumption:

It only represents a 50% dilution of EINI stock if MVEE stock is valued at $0.00. As long as EINI stock has the same equity per share after as it did before, which it will, then there has been no dilution.

Your second assumption:

The 12 shares of MVEE for 1 of EINI is effectively a reverse split. techstocks.com

This is also wrong as I have previously explained. techstocks.com

If you wish to explain why I am wrong then do so, but to simply contend that I have misinterpreted you without any further explanation is nothing more than admitting that I am absolutely correct.
