Damn, this could get real interesting. Does anyone have an idea what they might go for? It would have to be a major jump up from their current market cap. Somewhere in the high 20s, low 30s/share?

This might play into IBM's San Francisco project- trying to build an business-based enterprise component architecture? They would bring a huge install base for PSFT products. It would kill the culture at PSFT, but they might be left to operate autonomously.

It would definitely send SAP through the floor. It would also kill ORCL, I would think.
