Whither Douglas E. Taylor, President of Panamerican Interactive? Douglas E. Taylor is in Las Vegas, doing business along with Mary U. Sobecki, under the name Interactive Network Connections Inc. The new corp., founded in August 1999, is a self-proclaimed "affiliate of PanAmerican Interactive". Interactive Network Connections has taken over the office and phone number of Merv Rosenfeld's old Pan American Processing Center on Wynn Road.
