Ebay and Amazon are both umbrellas for little companies that sell out of print books.

Ebay's version:
half.ebay.com

Amazon's version:
amazon.com

Here is another simple but useful search - input books into google. What happens is that google's algorithm will pop up the links that have the most links linking to them, so you get the most popular sites.
google.com

Also, google has search categories - here is used books:
directory.google.com
