OT The police in my town are using a new technology similar to pepper spray to assist in riot control. They call it the j & c. Now whenever they come across an unruly mob, they put out a soap-box, put either j or c or both on it and before you know it, the crowd disperses. Never before have I seen such mayhem. People literally running for their lives. An old man was overheard at the scene stating; "With technology like that, we could've won the wars over night. Nerve gas was like roses compared to this stuff. God protect us if it ever gets into the wrong hands."
