Most if not all of the SI IDs that I see on this thread are far from knowing the reality
of successful business ownership.

I don't know about the most, but I can guarantee you not all.

Former VP Finance of a computer start-up which was quite successful and on its way to going public until we decided to sell out to a NYSE listed company instead. All our investors did quite nicely, thank you.
